  • Must have active PA license
  • Fellowship Required
  • BLS Required
  • Trauma Level I
  • Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital - 0800-1630
  • Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital             - M-F, occasional weekend request
  • Call Days – As Assigned
  • Average of 5 new consults per day with 10 - 15 follow-up patients per weekday
  • Call Night /Weekend - Average of 10 new consults per day with 5 follow-up patients per weekend day
  • Phone Consults: Average of 1-3 calls overnight for recommendations
  • No Admissions Required
  • Age of Patients: 18 years and older
  • Inpatient/Outpatient – Predominately Inpatient, possible HIV or outpatient clinic if needed
  • Support Staff: 2 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA, 2 CRNP, 3 Office Staff, 1 Office Manager
