  • Coverage Requested:
    • ASAP - Ongoing
    • Full-Time
    • Monday-Friday
  • Adult Primary Care – Bread & Butter, Diabetics, Hypertension, Medical Clearance for Surgery, Etc…
  • Outpatient Only
  • Census: 20 Patients per Day
  • EMR: Athena
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
• Organization Information:
  • Federally Qualified Health Center
  • Locum to permanent option, if desired
  • COVID Vaccination: Required
