  • Adult Primary Care – Bread & Butter, Diabetics, Hypertension, Medical Clearance for Surgery, Etc…
  • Outpatient Only
  • Census: 20 Patients per Day
  • EMR: Athena
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
