  • Seeking 3 primary care physicians for Locum coverage beginning in March
  • Practice Setting:  Medical Group of the Hospital - location is a primary care clinic
  • Reason for Coverage: We have a few retiring providers and have a gap between on boarding providers.
  • Has heavy Vietnamese population and would appreciate a Vietnamese speaking provider
  • Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-430
  • No call or weekends
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-24
  • Number of Physicians in Practice:  5-6 at this location.
  • How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage:  2
  • Respond to In-House Codes
  • Number of Exam Rooms:  5 to 6
  • Documentation System/EMR:  Epic
  • Practice Population: All ages
  • Required Occupational Medicine Procedures:  Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
  • Active NY License - Highly Preferred
  • BLS - Required
  • Provider MUST be Covid and Flu Vaccinated – Required
