Locums - Ft. Pierce, Florida, OB/GYN - Hospitalist Job

• Clinical Role:

  • 8 - 10 shifts per month needed 
  • 24hr shifts only 8am-8am
  • Hospitalists do provide GYN coverage cases need to be included in case logs for provider 
  • No circumcisions required 
  • Average 77 deliveries per month at hospital and 20 for hospitalist per month
  • EMR is Meditech 
  • MFM, FP Residents, Midwives on site
  • NICU is Level 2
  • Hospitalists are not needed for 1st assist this is usually provided by midwives, residents or OB Group 
  • First Assists are available to OB Hospitalists 
  • Backup is available to OB Hospitalists
  • Must be BC in OBGYN 
  • Emergency Privileges are available for providers with clear history
  • Must have 100 deliveries in last 24 months
