- Patients per day: 12 patients/day (36 patient-contact hours/week and ~ 4 hrs for charting etc)
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Bed size: 317
- Case/Procedure Experience: BOTOX preferred
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Neurology
- License Required: AZ
- DEA: yes
- CSR: no
- Certifications Required: BLS or ACLS
