- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible psychiatric nurse practitioner
- Join a team of psychiatrists, APPs, psychologists and therapists
- 2 years of APP experience required
- Outpatient
- Option to see adults or children
- Monday – Friday, 8a-5p,
- Possible evening and weekend hours
- Patient advisory system handles after-hour calls
- Weekly collaboration with psychiatrist
- Consults with new patients, manage medications, provide counseling service
- Referral hospital and mental health facilities nearby
- Must have current Illinois license and psychiatric certification
- Must have mental health assessment experience, positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the health care team
