Locums – Michigan Critical Care NP/PA Job - 60 Minutes from Saginaw

    • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible NP/PA
    • Must have post training critical care/ICU experience
    • Four days of orientation needed prior to first day on the floor
    • Wednesday - Tuesday, 7p-7a
    • 7 on/ 7 off
    • 6 month+ need
    • Lumbar Puncture
    • Endotracheal Intubation and Extubation
    • Ventilator Management Including Readiness for And Administering Respirator Weaning/Oxygen Therapy and Extubation. Assessing Need for Intubation
    • Insertion of Arterial Lines, Central Venous Lines Either Percutaneously or By Cut Down
    • Chest Tube Insertion
    • Moderate Sedation
    • Tracheostomy care including tube change
    • Arterial Line Insertion and Removal (Radial and Femoral)
    • CVC Line Placement
    • External Pacing Including Adjusting Temporary Epicardial, Transvenous Or Transcutaneous Pacemaker as necessary management of Tension Pneumothorax in Emergent Situation
    • ACLS/BLS required
    • Credentialing timeline: ~30 days
    • Must have 50 ICU/critical care cases within the last 12 months
    • EMR: EPIC
