    • Case types: OB (10.6%), Plastics (1.1%), Other (1.6%), General Surgery (13.1%), GYN (12.6%), Imaging (.02%), Neuro (mostly necks and backs) (3.9%), Cardioversions Healthy PEDS (only healthy PEDS), Thoracic (.005%), Opthalmology (2.1%), Urology (6.5%), GI (21.3%), ENT (9.9%), Orthopedics (14.5%), Vascular (2.5%) Solo position – no CRNA or AA
    • 16,000 cases/year
    • 2,700 OB/year
    • 20 ORs (14 in main, 6 in the ASC), 2 GI b/w inpatient & ASC + 2 C-section rooms
    • ASC is attached but @ the other end of the hospital
    • 300+ bed hospital
    • ASA Level 2 – 3, Level II Trauma
    • Docs predominantly supervise anesthetists at 1:4 ratio as well as performing their own cases and must be comfortable with providing regional anesthesia (epidurals, spinals, upper and lower extremity blocks)
    • Total Staffing: 6 M’s and 18 – 20 Anesthetists • Inpatient Staffing: 3 MDs & 12 – 15 Anesthetists • Outpatient Staffing: 2 MDs & 6 Anesthetists • MD’s do OB and help w/C-Sections
    • Anesthetists do not perform Regional (other than occasional spinals, if they have the skill set)
    • Call is inhouse call for physicians
    • CRNA is inhouse overnight
