New Grads Welcome - Southern New Jersey Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist Job

  • Work for a physician owned group
  • Daytime position – 8-9 hour shifts
  • Ability to work 5 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off
  • You’d cover two facilities that are about 15 minutes apart
  • Census: 15 patients between the two facilities (a SNF and a LTAC)
  • Must be able to cover 11 nights a year at their Central New Jersey site
  • No procedures
  • No codes/RRTs
  • No need to admit to the ICU, which is a closed unit
  • The hospital has all subspecialists inhouse
  • EMR: EPIC

• Organization Information:

  • Base salary of $100k-$110k plus productivity bonuses
  • Ability to pick up per diem shifts for extra income, as well
