- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible physician assistant or nurse practitioner
- Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care and walk-in clinic
- This is an autonomous role and at least 1 year of practice experience is required
- Schedule:
- Part-time opportunity that could evolve into full-time
- Monday - Friday (9am-2pm)
- 2 Saturdays per month (9am-1pm)
- This is a simple primary care outfit that sees patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, etc…
- DEA License is highly preferred for any applicant
- Medicare and Medicaid Participation will be required ~ Providers with these #’s are highly preferred
- Ages: 5+
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Organization Information:
- Well-established practice with 4 locations

- W-2 position ($100K-$140K per year DOE)
