• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Hospice and Palliative Care physician
  • M - F 8a - 5p
  • No weekend rounding, phone call after hours
  • Established hospice office with onsite director
  • Work alongside a social worker and bereavement coordinator 
  • Collaborate with the hospital’s inpatient team to ensure continuity of care
  • Supported by the region’s largest cardiology, oncology, and pulmonary groups
  • Program provides detailed services throughout the county
