  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible CRNA
  • Start Date:  ASAP or as soon as credentialed
  • End Date: Ongoing 
  • Monday-Friday
  • No call, no weekends
  • 7a-3p, 7a-5p options
  • Free standing ASC
  • # Providers Needed:  2-3
  • Other specialties on-site: Only Ophthalmology
  • Types of Cases: Cataract removals. Retinal Surgeries, etc.
  • Adult 90%
  • Peds 10% # Shifts/Month: 16 – 20; Will accept a minimum of 16 shifts
  • Coverage Needs Details: Full-time - 8, & 10 hours shift only
  • Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • EMR: Cerner
