    • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician
    • You’d be responsible for medical leadership and clinical oversight of nurse practitioners
    • Client has flexibility regarding clinical work – they are open to providers who want to only supervise (no clinical work); they would also consider providers who want to see patients, as well as, maintain their other duties
    • Support NPs and the care team in managing their patient panels – serving as a clinical leader, mentor, and coach
    • Build a strong clinical care model foundational to support scale and growth
    • Focus on outstanding patient experience as reflected in patient experience scores
    • Expected to communicate and collaborate with specialists in network, build strong relationships in the community
    • Promote and support a premier patient and team member experience
    • Must be willing to travel to multiple locations in Montana
    • Facilitates and/or participates in Clinical Review meetings, Quality Improvement Program, team huddles, and other clinic meetings as needed. 
    • Participate in on-call coverage rotation, as clinical escalation (up to 10 weeks per year, shared across MT providers)  
    • Requirements: BLS, valid Montana driver’s license
    • Seeking candidates who have 10+ years’ primary care/clinic management experience, as well as, 7+ years’ experience overseeing nurse practitioners
    • Must have some telehealth experience
    • EMR: Athena
