- 24-hour call shifts 8am - 8am
- The locum provider would work unrestricted 24 hour call on the days below:
- Sept. 28 – Oct 2
- Oct. 6 – Oct. 8
- Nov. 10 – Nov. 13
- Dec. 22 – Dec. 31
- No clinic requirement
- There is a current Cardiologist that is covering the remaining dates for the year
- Active NM License
- EMR: Epic
