  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
  • Work during the day and then take call at night
  • Orientation December 19 from 8a-12p
  • Work clinically December 19 at 12p - January 2 at 12p
  • 24 hour in house call coverage
  • Ongoing dates available
  • Solo coverage
  • 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital
  • 0 ICU Beds
  • 15 Acute Beds
  • 10 Swing Beds
  • ANE- 25 miles away, only for emergencies
  • Ancillary Support- RT, Lab, Imaging
  • ED write transition orders overnight
  • Avg. Weekly Admissions- 4
  • Average Daily Discharges- 4
  • Average Daily PV- 4-8
  • Low complexity
  • ED MD leads codes
  • Intubations- necessary but not a deal breaker
  • Must be comfortable with vent management and central lines
  • 0 SNIF beds, 10 swing only
  • EMR: Cerner
