  • Work Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
  • 100% annual health assessments
  • Seeking providers who have 2+ years post training nurse practitioner experience
  • You’d do most of the health assessments at the patient’s homes – some telemed visits will be performed, as well
  • You’d travel within a 30 mile radius of your home
  • Must have current California Driver’s license
  • Organization overbooks to account for no-shows
  • No prescribing involved
  • You’d work independently – no MA
  • Client has their own internal EMR system

• Organization Information:
  • Annual salary - $138,000-$170,000
