  • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
  • Phone Consults: 3-4
  • Call Ratio: 1:1
  • Call Patients Seen: 1-2
  • Call Response Time: Within 30 minutes
  • Active VA License
  • EMR: Athena/MediTech
