Flagstaff, Arizona, PA/NP Orthopedic Urgent Care Opening

• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking a Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • No new graduates, unfortunately
  • Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of Orthopedic experience
  • Permanent job opportunity to join a very well-established Orthopedic practice
  • See patients seeking same day medical access for acute or chronic orthopedic services
  • Preferred schedule:
    • Mon - Fri (8am-5pm)
    • Optional Saturday (8am-2pm)
  • Volume: 2-3 patients/hour
  • EMR: Athena
  • Additional clinical aspects:
    • Perform therapeutic procedures
    • Splinting/Bracing
    • Casting
    • Injections (Joints/Trigger Point)
    • Ultrasound guided injections
    • Medication management ~ Very low narcotic prescribing
    • Prescribe medication within your scope, providing swift relief to patients.
    • Collaborate and refer patients to subspecialists for follow-up, ensuring comprehensive care
