- Weekday- 11/6 - 11/9, 11/20 - 11/26, 12/4 - 12/7, 12/19 - 12/21, 1/01 - 1/04, 1/15 - 1/18, 1/29 - 2/01, 2/12 - 2/15, 2/26 - 2/29, 3/11 - 3/14, 3/25 - 3/29
- Weekends – 12/8 – 12/10, 12/22 – 12/24, 1/5 – 1/7, 1/19 – 1/21
- Schedule: Weekday 7am-7amSchedule: Weekends Fri 7pm – Mon 7am
- Dates of Coverage Needed: 7 months
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Call Only: Overnights, Weekends and Holidays
- Schedule/hours: 7 days on and 7 days off
- Two providers will allow for job share
- Patients per day per physician: On Call depends on # of H and Ps and Restraints
- In inpatient, how many beds? At maximum will be 120 beds. BUT this will take time to achieve since there is a ramp up plan
- Will locums do the History and Physicals? History and MSE. Physical is done in am
- Support Staff: Full IP Multidisciplinary Team
- Must have experience in Child and Adolescent
- Describe safety/security measures: Security in Parking Lot, Cameras, Quiet Room, Restraint Chair.
- All Staff is Certified in CPI
- Scope of Practice: Inpatient: Acute Psychiatric Unit/Institute – This is scope along with child/adolescent unit
- Clinical Areas: Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Personality Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Organic Disorders
- Treatment Techniques: Pharmacotherapy
- Familiarity With: (Site can train also): Involuntary Commitments, Seclusion Therapy, Restrain Application
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Active MA License
- BLS Required
- EMR/Documentation: Cerner Behavioral Health Module
