- Shift: 6a-4p, 7a-5p, 10a-8p, 4p-2a, 8p-6a
- Weekend Requirements
- No Call
- 2 Providers Requested
- 40,000 annual volumes
- 2.2 PPH per provider on average\
- Phys Shifts: 6a-4p, 10a-8p, 3p-1a, 8p-6a
- APP Shifts: 6a-6p, 10a-8p, 6p-6a
- Breast Imaging, Diabetes Management Center, Physical therapy and rehabilitation services, Cancer Center, Diagnostic Center, Senior Care, Women’s Care
- 24/7 emergency care
- EMR: MediTech
- BC or BE in Emergency Medicine - will NOT accept IM or FM
- ATLS, ACLS & PALS are required for provider not Board Cert in EM & for those holding lifetime BC that are not renewable & not voluntarily re-certified
- Providers must be able to demonstrate that they have had active practice for at least 3 years in an EM dept with census equal to or exceeding 20,000 patient visits annually (which may include Residency training)
- Moderate Sedation and Central Line placement test (AIM for ZERO)-is required for all physicians
- Moderate Sedation
- Central line insertions
- Minimum TWO years’ experience in EM.
- Residents and New Grads not accepted
