- Looking for provider to work at 2 locations. Provider must be available for Feb 12-Feb 16 as well as the majority of dates below.
- Feb. 17 (7a-7a Call), Feb. 18 (7a-7a Call), Feb. 19-22 (7a-4p), Mar 23 (7a-7a Call), Mar 24 (7a-7a Call), Mar 25-28 (7a-4p), Apr. 27 (7a-7a Call), Apr. 28 (7a-7a Call), Apr. 29-May 2 (7a-4p), June 1 (7a-7a Call), June 2 (7a-7a Call), June 3-6 (7a-4p), July 6 (7a-7a Call), July 7 (7a-7a Call), July 8-11 (7a-4p)
- Ongoing availability
- Call requirements at facility would start when the shift ends during the week, normally 3:30p and go until the next morning at 7am. Weekend call is a full 24 hour period both days (7a – 7a)
- Team will also be covering at another facility (38 miles away) for average of 2 days per week with endoscopy and minor procedures
- 4-12 Patients Per Day
- Lab, Radiology, APP ER physician, Provider coverage for med-surg, swing beds, respiratory coverage from 7a-4p,
- Healthland Centriq EMR
- General Cases (surgical cases including general, ENT, gynecological, urologic, vascular, orthopedic, & obstetrical cases
- Ventilation Mgmt. (establishing & maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation)
- Eval & mgmt. of acute volume/BP issues
- AANA Certified - Required
- BLS, ACLS, - Required
- NRP certification or NLSP within three (3) months - Required
- Adults, Peds, and OB Experience - Required
- Active MI License and CSR - Required no exceptions
