Clinical Role:
- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
- Cardiac experience - Preferred
- Permanent position opportunity
- Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
- Care team model
- Work in a mentorship and collegial practice environment with a practice team of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs
- Case types: ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric
- Strong medical and surgical specialties on staff
- Receive one-on-one physician mentorship
- Schedule:
  - Varied shifts
  - Flexible options available

Organization:
- Competitive base salary
- On-call rates:
  - $250/night
  - Weekend Day $1200
  - Cardiac $250/night, $500/day
  - Overtime/call back rate $175/hr
