- Possible ongoing need
- Practice Setting: Outpatient office with GI labs
- Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave for one of our providers
- Schedule: No clinic schedule, all inpatient and outpatient scheduled procedures. Three to four days a week, 7:30 to 2:30 pm, call schedule - 2 weeks per month
- Call ratio - do not do by call ratio, one week at a time
- Onsite Lab and E-Ray: Yes
- Will outpatient GI and IM be required: Yes
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12-14
- How Many Physicians in Your Group? 3; One is leaving on maternity leave March 16; one retiring at the end of April.
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Required Procedures: ERCP, Lower GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Small Bowel Biopsy
- Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: Biopsy with Foreign Body Removal, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic
- Locum will need to follow up with their patients for any pathology needs/results
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards. Required
- IL state license - Required
