  • Duties: full spectrum family medicine practice (peds and adults)
  • Required Procedures: optional
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Patients per Day: minimum 18
  • Support Staff: LVN/RN, MA
  • Worksite Resources: NA
  • Reason for Coverage: 2 providers leaving
  • Patient Mix: Varied
  • Call: twice a month, telephone call only
  • No Rounding
  • No new grads, need out of training experience
  • Board Certification – Board Certified/Truly Board Eligible in FM
  • State License – CA License Required
  • Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Family medicine
  • Other Certifications – N/A
