- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or emergency medicine physician
- ASAP-ongoing
- Ability to do PRN, part-time, or full-time locums
- Credentialing takes two months
- 30k annual volume
- Shift options: 7a-2p and 1p-8p (Mondays and Tuesdays); 7a-5p (Wednesdays-Fridays); 7a-4p (weekends); 2p-12a (Wednesdays-Sundays); 11p-7a every day
- APPs work the following shifts daily: 8a-5p, 8a-6p, 2p-12a, 3p-12a, 5p-1a, 4p-1a, 11p-8a, 11p-9a
- No trauma designation
- EMR: Meditech
