  • Clinical Role:

    • Start Date: 3/4/24
    • Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
    • Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8-hour workday with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday
    • Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to.
    • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week.
    • Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc., but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced
    • Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Providers should be comfortable working with all ages.
    • Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers must have experience in these settings or express interest in working with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. The provider is not required to be bilingual but would be a plus.
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
    • Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
    • Board Certified Required
    • License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
    • DEA: Active WA DEA required
    • Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, the provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
    • Minimum Experience Required: MUST have minimum of 2 years experience in community health
