  • Clinical Role:
    • Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required, will not consider anyone with less (educational internships and RN experience does NOT count toward 3 years)
    • Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population
    • Must live in close proximity to Lima, OH (relocation may be required)
    • Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
    • Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
    • 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F
    • 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, rotating on-call
    • Hospitalists admit, Open ICU
    • Not accepting Locums candidates
    • Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required

  • Organization:
    • Base salary plus w/RVU -- competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview)
    • 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
