  • Clinical Role:
    • At least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a PMHNP in the Behavioral Health field, with specific knowledge in working with patients with substance use disorders
    • Work with inpatient population

    • Collaborates with leadership and support teams to develop, maintain and execute an integrated primary care and mental health model of care for patients with substance use disorders
    • Be an integral member of the treatment team by providing psychiatric direct services  daily for check in’s, initial evaluations, follow ups and response to patients in crisis
    • Provide training and continuing education for staff members related to psychiatric/mental health topics and other clinical evidence based practices
    • Participate in research opportunities when presented
    • Assists with clinical program development in collaboration with the Clinical Program Manager and Director of Nursing
    • Work with minimal supervision; must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.  Strong leadership, communication, organizational and time management skills
    • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
