  • Clinical Role:
    • Provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up
    • Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury, and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance, and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment
    • This practice also offers refugee health assessments in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health. Clinical social workers are onsite for consultation, assessment, and referrals

    • Salary range:  $240,000 and $265,000 per year with incentives
