- Scheduled clinic hours M-F 8-5
- Temp privileges available for CLEAN history providers
- Schedule: No Call
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 20 – 30 in OP setting
- Rounding Patients: Assigned
- Board Certified - Required
- Active WA License - Required
