- Well-Established, Busy Private Group
- Schedule:
- 7on/7off
- Typical Hours: 8-9 Hour Days
- Afterhours Work: Very Rare
- Work at only 1 Hospital
- Duties: Rounding (floor and ICU), New Consults
- No Admissions or Discharges (Hospitalists Handles These Duties)
- Work with dedicated Nurse Practitioner who does the majority of notes
- Nephrologist has to see all of the patients
- Census: 35-40 Patients Per Day
- Typical Day:
- Rounding: 2-3 Hours with NP
- ICU Rounding: See 3-5 Patients
- 3-6 Consults Per Day
- Co-Sign Nurse Practitioner Notes (This can be done remotely or from home)
