Seeking a Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a nocturnist role
-
Join an established, hospital-employed hospital medicine program with strong system support and a physician-friendly environment
-
12-hour shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
-
7 on / 7 off schedule; block scheduling available but not required
-
Closed ICU – ICU team manages ICU patients
-
Nocturnists respond to rapid responses and codes
-
No required procedures
-
Average census: 15–18 patients per physician per shift
-
APP support as part of the hospital medicine team
-
Open to experienced physicians and upcoming/recent graduates working toward board certification
-
Must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified
-
Candidates with lapsed board certification will not be accepted
-
No visa sponsorship available, unfortunately

Organization:

Competitive base salary: $332,800

Starting bonus up to $40,000 (discussed during interview)
