Troy, New York – Nocturnist Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a nocturnist role

• Join an established, hospital-employed hospital medicine program with strong system support and a physician-friendly environment

• 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)

• 7 on / 7 off schedule; block scheduling available but not required

• Closed ICU – ICU team manages ICU patients

• Nocturnists respond to rapid responses and codes

• No required procedures

• Average census: 15–18 patients per physician per shift

• APP support as part of the hospital medicine team

• Open to experienced physicians and upcoming/recent graduates working toward board certification

• Must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified

• Candidates with lapsed board certification will not be accepted

• No visa sponsorship available, unfortunately

• Locums candidates not accepted

Organization:

• Competitive base salary: $332,800

• Starting bonus up to $40,000 (discussed during interview)
