Position Overview

RecruitWell is partnering with an integrated, nonprofit health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent, outpatient-only position. Immigration Support

Compensation & Incentives

Base salary range: $250,000 – $280,000
$50,000 sign-on bonus
Productivity and quality incentives
Educational loan repayment
Retention and quality bonuses
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training

Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for unrestricted New York medical license
DEA certification
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care

The client is a multi-specialty physician network employing 50+ physicians and 20+ advanced practice providers across 12 locations. Specialties include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women’s Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. Administrative and business support is provided by the hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
