Position Details:

Type: Permanent position
Setting: Outpatient only – no hospital work, no call
Procedures are done at a nearby surgery center
Schedule: Flexible – part-time or full-time available
- Note: Providers working under 20 hours/week must carry their own malpractice insurance
New facility – modern environment within a multispecialty group (includes subspecialists, PCPs, dentists, etc.)
EMR: Medgen
Workdays: Clinic open 7 days/week
Visa: Not eligible for visa sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Competitive base ~$315,000–$325,000/year
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 6 weeks PTO, malpractice insurance
Employment Options: W2 or 1099
Credentialing: Fast track – typically 6–8 weeks or less
Parking: Discounted provider parking ($18/day) available one block from clinic
