Primary Care Physician Assistant – Edinburg, Texas (New Grads Welcome)

Clinical Role:

• Permanent position with flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, or full-time)

• Open to new graduate Physician Assistants – must be board certified

• Bilingual in Spanish is required

• Work hours: 8 AM–5 PM or 11 AM–8 PM; Saturday shifts (8 AM–2 PM) optional

• Role involves:

  • Initial evaluation after injuries or accidents

  • Referrals for diagnostics and to specialists (including pain management)

  • Reviewing test results

  • Minimal prescribing (no opioids; very few controlled substances)

• EMR system used

• Clinical setting affiliated with an interventional pain management organization

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $120K–$130K (dependent on experience/qualifications)

• Monthly bonuses for performance and leadership

• 2 weeks paid vacation

• CME support provided annually

• Comprehensive onboarding with a 2–4 week training program
