Permanent Primary Care Physician Opening
Location: Brattleboro, Vermont
Position Type: Full-Time, Outpatient
Start Date: Fall 2025

Position Highlights

Call Schedule: 1:11, phone-only (no in-person call duties)
Setting: Outpatient only (Family or Internal Medicine)
Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics
Patient Volume: Approx. 14 patients/day
Duties Include:
Outpatient care & chronic disease management
Charting, care coordination, quality initiatives
On-call phone support rotation
Participation in long-term succession planning

Requirements
Start Date: Must be available to begin by Fall 2025
Licensure/Certifications: Must meet all required clinical licensure and certification standards
Commute: Not open to candidates commuting more than 1 hour
Exclusivity: Not open to candidates planning to work another job simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (discussed in interview)
Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
