Availability:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Position Type: Full-time, Clinic Employee

Licenses & Certifications Required:

• Board Certification/Eligibility: Primary Care Physician (BC/BE)
• Fellowship: Not required
• Other: Must have appropriate medical licensure to practice in Texas

• Provide palliative care to patients with advanced chronic illnesses (e.g., heart failure, COPD, cancer)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: chaplain, social worker, nurse practitioner, and physicians
