Position Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary sleep center. The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage a variety of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm disorders, and parasomnias.

This position is with a private practice group made up of 5 Gastroenterologists, 3 Cardiologists. We provide DME to our patients.

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary sleep center. The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage a variety of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm disorders, and parasomnias.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with sleep disorders in outpatient setting.
- Interpret sleep studies (polysomnography, home sleep apnea testing, MSLT, MWT).
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including CPAP therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), and pharmacologic approaches.
- Collaborate with sleep technologists, and DME providers.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Participate in sleep center quality improvement initiatives and accreditation compliance (e.g., AASM standards).
- Educate patients and their families on sleep health and treatment compliance.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine.
- Board certification in a primary specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Neurology, Psychiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Family Medicine).
- Valid medical license (or eligibility) in Washington State..
- DEA license.
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Experience in adult only sleep medicine
- Familiarity with AASM accreditation requirements.
