OB Hospitalist – Direct Hire
Location: Fresno, California
Setting: Busy hospital with Level II NICU
Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire
Start Date: [Flexible – based on licensing & credentialing]

Position Highlights
  • Shifts: 5–6 per month, 24-hour in-house (7a–7a)
  • Deliveries: Avg 4–5 per 24-hour shift
  • 75% vaginal, 25% C-section
  • Schedule Includes:
  • Weekends
  • Holidays (premium pay available)
  • Call: None
  • Patient Volume: ~13–14/day (inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic)
  • EMR: Epic

    Candidate Requirements
    • Board Certified in OB/GYN – Required
    • Current Certifications:
    • BLS
    • ACLS
    • DEA license
  • California Medical License – Required or in progress
  • Delivery Experience Required
  • Fellowship: Not required
  • Preferred Experience: 1–5 years (not mandatory)
  • New grads, BE-only, or lapsed BC: Not eligible
  • Malpractice/licensing history: Case-by-case review
  • Visa Sponsorship: H1B and J1 accepted
  • 1099 Option: Available
  • Commute Restriction: Must live within 30 minutes of the facility (no long-distance commuters or dual-job arrangements)
