Full-time opportunity in Alma, MI, with a satellite clinic in Clare, MI

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
-
Friday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
-
No call responsibilities
Credentialed at two local hospitals
Requirements:
U.S. medical degree (or foreign equivalent)
Completed Family Medicine Residency + Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship
Board certified/eligible
Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license + Controlled Substance License
Reason for Recruitment: Replacement for departing provider
Scope of Practice
-
Diagnose, manage, and treat non-surgical musculoskeletal injuries and disorders in patients of all ages
-
Manage acute injuries (sprains, strains, contusions, joint pain, fractures, dislocations)
-
Care for chronic/overuse injuries
-
Specialize in sports-related medical conditions
-
Utilize diagnostic/procedural ultrasound, restorative medicine, performance arts medicine, and concussion management
-
Expedite surgical referrals if needed
