Assignment Details
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient cardiology across three facilities
- Schedule Options:
- Weekend rounding only
- Traditional hospital/clinic schedule
- Hospital-only, shift-based schedule
- On-Call: 1:5 weekend rotation (telephone and occasional in-person coverage)
- Outpatient Care: Includes 2–3 monthly walk-in clinic sessions (for traditional schedule)
- EMR: Epic
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
- Hospital rounding and clinic visits
- Manage ~20–25 patients per 8-hour clinic day
- Participate in hospital rounds on a team caring for ~50–60 inpatients daily
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary cardiology team
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing and institutional policies
- Board Certification:
- Internal Medicine – Required at start
- Must achieve Board Certification within 2 years if not already certified
- Licenses/Certifications:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA – Required
- Candidate Type:
- Open to 2026 new grads
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not open to Visa candidates
- Not clearing 2027 fellows yet
- Open to 1099 candidates
