Locum Tenens – CRNA Opportunity

Clinical Details
Coverage Needed:

• 8 CRNAs/day schedule model

Daily Staffing Model:

• 6 CRNAs in the OR, Monday–Friday
• 1 CRNA OB float during the day + primary night call (post-call day off)
• 1 CRNA secondary night call (no post-call day off)

Night Shift Option:

• Potential rotation: 1 provider working 11p–7a, Mon–Fri, one week at a time
• Facility prefers flexible candidates able to cover days, call, and possible night shifts

Annual Volume: ~6,500 cases annually
Case Mix:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• OB/GYN (473 deliveries, 220 C-sections annually; VBACs/TOLACs)
• ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular
• Healthy pediatrics 1+ (mostly ENT)

Regional Anesthesia Skills Required:

• Proficient in: Epidurals, spinals, ultrasound-guided anesthesia
• Occasional blocks: PECS, Serratus Plane, ESP, TAP, Cervical Plexus
• No nerve catheters

EMR: Cerner
Certifications Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS

Credentialing & Licensure

• Estimated timeline: 60–90 days
• Temporary privileges available for clean files with active, unrestricted license
• Compact state license accepted
