Seeking experienced Neonatologists to provide per diem coverage at two Level III NICUs in Montgomery, AL. This role offers flexibility, strong team support, and the ability to supplement income with a few shifts per month.

Seeking experienced Neonatologists to provide per diem coverage at two Level III NICUs in Montgomery, AL. This role offers flexibility, strong team support, and the ability to supplement income with a few shifts per month.
You will join a team of 4 Neonatologists covering two facilities located 15 minutes apart:
Location One:
- Level III NICU — 28 beds
- 24/7 NNP coverage
- Busiest delivery service in Montgomery
- MFM support via telemedicine
Location Two:
- Level III NICU — 40 beds
- 24/7 NNP coverage
- Regional Perinatal Center with high transfer volume
- January - Ongoing
- Need about 10 shifts/month - 24 hours rounding plus call
- Per diem role
- Call from offsite
- No minimum shift requirement
- Ideal for supplementing monthly income
- Board Certified in Neonatology — REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year post-fellowship clinical experience — REQUIRED
- Recent Neonatology experience within past 12 months — REQUIRED
- Clinically active within the past year — REQUIRED
- Minimum 6 months specialty-specific clinical experience — REQUIRED
- Active Alabama license or IMLC eligibility — REQUIRED
