Board Status
- Board Certified OB/GYN — REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years OB/GYN clinical experience — REQUIRED
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Active Ohio License — REQUIRED (or ability to obtain)
- W2 only — REQUIRED

Seeking an experienced OB/GYN Medical Director to lead a Women’s Health Program within a large, respected Catholic health system in Cincinnati, OH. This is a dual-role position combining full-time clinical practice with strategic program leadership.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- 3 days clinic
- 2 days OR
- Dedicated administrative time included
- Call:
- 1:6 call rotation
- Standard weekend coverage via call
- Clinical Scope:
- Office-based OB/GYN care
- Gynecologic surgery
- Labor & delivery
- Deliveries at a hospital with:
- Level II NICU
- 1,600 deliveries/year
- Collaboration with:
- Certified Nurse Midwives
- Maternal–Fetal Medicine specialists
- Multidisciplinary women’s health teams
- Guide clinical and strategic development of the Women’s Health program
- Lead service line expansion across Cincinnati’s east side
- Collaborate with system leadership to improve quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
- Mentor and support OB/GYN physicians and APPs
- Strengthen program cohesion, growth, and provider engagement
