Position Details
- Clinical Role: Physician (OB/GYN Medical Director)
- Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 only; no locums or 1099)
- Setting: Clinic + Surgery + Hospital (L&D)
- Facility: Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital
- NICU: Level II
- Annual Deliveries: ~1,600
Availability / Schedule
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- 3 days clinic
- 2 days surgery
- Dedicated administrative/leadership time included
- Call Schedule: 1:6 rotation
- Weekend Coverage: Standard call rotation
Licenses / Certifications Needed
- Board Certified OB/GYN: Required
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of OB/GYN experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Not accepting:
- Locum candidates
- 1099 candidates
- J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
Leadership & Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope OB/GYN care (clinic, surgery, deliveries)
- Lead Women’s Health Program development and growth
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy and quality initiatives
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
- Partner with:
- Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support from University of Cincinnati
