Key Dates & Schedule

• Start Date: February 16, 2025
• Assignment Length: 13-week contract (option to extend)
• Schedule: 4 days/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Options: Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri

Licenses & Certifications
Required

• Board-Certified Internal Medicine
• Active Montana License
• Active DEA
• Active BLS

Clinical Details

• Setting: Hospital-based clinic
• EMR: Epic
• Procedures: None required
• Patient Census: ~11 patients/day
• Patient Population: Adult only (No Pediatrics)
• Case Types:
• Chronic disease management
• Medication refills
• Diabetes & hypertension
• Occasional overflow of cold/flu (rare cases)

Support Structure

• APP backup
• MD backup
• Full hospital subspecialty support available

Practice Environment

• 13 physicians and 10 APCs across 3 clinic locations
• Geriatric, palliative care, and home care teams
• NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home
• CPC+ participant
• Academic & teaching environment:
• Foundations Preceptor Site 
• 3rd-Year Internal Medicine Clerkship Site
• Training site for NP, PA, BSN, MA students
