Location: Toledo, Ohio
Facility Type: Outpatient Dental Clinic Availability

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing once credentialed
• Client Preference: Locums-to-perm, if possible

Schedule

• Mon: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tues: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wed: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thurs: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fri: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Clinical Responsibilities

• General “bread and butter” dentistry
• Crowns, bridges, implant restorations
• Extractions
• Emergency dental care
• Must see all ages
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic

Technology/Equipment:

• Digital X-rays
• Intraoral cameras in each operatory
• Paperless charting
• Panoramic machine
• Air-driven handpieces
• CBCT

Insurance Mix:

• 47% Delta Dental

Team Structure

• 1 Full-Time Office Manager
• 2 Full-Time RDHs
• 2 Full-Time Dental Assistants
• 1 Front Desk
• 1 Full-Time EFDA

Required Credentials (Key Recruiter Points)
