• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays
• Potential to expand to 1–2 additional days/week if the provider is interested
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic only; No call

• Average Census: 20–30 patients per week
• Patient Population: Adults
• Procedures: Chronic pain management / pain procedures
• Vaccines: Not required
