Location: Northern Maine

Assignment Overview

• Coverage Type: On-site with call
• Practice Model: CRNA-only practice (no supervision)
• EMR: Cerner

Schedule & Call Requirements (Key Screening)

• Day Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Call Schedule:
  • Call every night during first week
  • Includes weekend between a two-week stint
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Licensure & Certification Requirements

• Active Maine CRNA License: Required to begin application
• Certifications Required:
  • ACLS (AHA only)
  • BLS
  • PALS

Clinical Volume & Coverage

• Providers Onsite (Daytime): 2 CRNAs

Case Types

• Endoscopy
• Gynecology
• General Surgery
• Urology

Required Skills & Procedures (Must Be Proficient)

• Spinals
• Regional blocks
• Epidurals

Additional Block Experience Required:

• Rectus sheath blocks
• Quadratus lumborum (QL) blocks
• Femoral/adductor canal blocks
• TAP blocks
• Interscalene blocks

Credentialing Requirements

• Case logs required: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks
