A leading healthcare provider in El Paso is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join a growing, hospital-employed team. This position offers a rewarding mix of adult and pediatric anesthesia cases in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
Full-time, employed opportunity
Pediatric and adult anesthesia cases (approximately 20% pediatrics)
Shared call rotation: 5–6 days per month with post-call day off
Medical supervision of CRNAs
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Spanish-speaking skills preferred, though not required
Facility Overview
This 500-bed medical center serves as a cornerstone of healthcare for the El Paso region. The hospital boasts a Level IV NICU—the highest designation in Texas—and a Level IV Maternal Care designation, supporting some of the most advanced maternity and newborn services in the area. The facility includes:
24-bed Intensive Care Unit
18-bed Geriatric Behavioral Unit
Comprehensive Cancer Program with inpatient and outpatient services
140-bed pediatric hospital on campus offering full-spectrum pediatric care, including surgical and diagnostic specialties
Specialty Transport team providing regional services for high-risk mothers, infants, and pediatric patients
The Emergency Department includes separate adult and pediatric areas with 24/7 access to specialized emergency care, supported by a Level III Trauma Center designation.

Organization Information:
Guaranteed salary with production bonus
